Lenfield Earthmoving Pty specialises in mining and mining rehabilitation. We are a 100% Black Owned and locally managed mining company with an impeccable record in mining health and safety standards. Established in 1976, the company started its journey as a family business trading as Lenfield Construction, and over time grew into one of the leading earthmoving companies in the area. Situated in Postmasburg in the Northern Cape, Lenfield Earthmoving is passionate about socio-economic development. We provide employment, training, and skills development among local communities in the areas where we operate.
Our journey to becoming a 100% black, female-owned company
After 42 years of success spanning two generations, the Lenfield shareholders have decided to hand over the baton. Lenfield is now 100% black owned with individuals who have the experience and requisite qualifications to take Lenfield to the future. The shareholders also form part of the management of the company at director level. This experience will be transferred to operations and deliver a great service to our customers.
