Mr Thuthu Daniels is a registered Professional Engineer, registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa. He has over 18 years of experience in the mining industry. He is highly experienced and has deep knowledge of mining having worked in both underground and surface mining operations. He also has experience in mining equipment sales and project management. His experience covers the whole mining value chain (mining and beneficiation) including environmental management aspects such as tailings dam construction and management. Mr Daniels has held various positions in the mining industry, including legal appointments as per the requirements of the Mine Health and Safety Act, and has been appointed as Mining Manager 3.1a. His focus is on safety, productivity, and process optimization, and he holds a BSc in Mining Engineering and a Master of Business Leadership.

Mrs Kesa Thiba holds a degree in Environmental Geography and Geology and has nearly ten years of experience in Environmental Management, Geology, Quality Control, and Safety Management. She has worked in the Diamond, Cement, and Iron Ore industries, gaining exposure in the Lab, Plant, and Mining.
